Cherry is intuitive, inviting, and fearless. Her energy is infectious, and her ability to ask meaningful questions honed our work on revamping my resume and creating my job search strategy. Cherry also has a wonderful way of providing guidance while giving you space to figure out what you need to do next. Our sessions were incredibly pragmatic and hands on as we worked on my materials (resume and LinkedIn) and strategized about which jobs postings I would consider in my application process and how to write my cover letters. As I began my zoom conversations with potential job leads, Cherry gave me specific advice about how to prepare myself for the calls and how to conduct myself during each conversation. My sense of confidence and readiness for whatever comes my way has increased immeasurably during my work with Cherry! I had just been made redundant after 12 years in the TV industry and was trying to figure out what’s next. Cherry helped to peel back the layers to find what I was passionate about and how I could use my skills to get there. The clarity and mindset shift that she facilitated, made me pursue my love for medicine and people. I am now training to become a registered nurse and following my calling.
